Who can join? Anyone interested in sharing their thoughts, views, and opinions openly and honestly about DASH’s current Tracker and/or WMATA’s BusETA.

As DASH moves toward DASH Tracker 2.0, we want to ensure that users will have the best experience possible by facilitating a discussion to gain insight from diverse Alexandria participants and groups.  By participating in this focus group, you can help to shape the future of DASH services that you, your family, friends and co-workers use every day. 

Participation will take place in-person at our DASH facility in Alexandria.

What is a focus group?
A focus group is a round-table discussion on products and services that you use. The discussions are moderated and usually last between 1-2 hours.

Where will the focus group take place?
The focus group will meet in our DASH facility at 3000 Business Center Drive in Alexandria.

How do I sign up for the focus group?
To express your interest in participating in this focus group please fill out the online form (make a link).

Once I complete the form what happens?
Once your information is received, your information will be matched to the criteria we are hoping to fill. If your information seems to match, a member of the DASH team will call or email to ask if you are still interested and available for the focus group.

What are the criteria for the focus group?
Our team is hoping to gain insight from diverse participants and groups to ensure meaningful community representation.
What are my responsibilities as a focus group participant?
We are relying on the integrity of focus group respondents to conduct accurate and meaningful research.

We ask that you:

  • Be truthful in answering questions about yourself and your opinions.
  • Arrive on time and ready to participate in the discussion.
  • Notify our team if you must cancel with as much advance notice as possible.
